CLARO M. RECTO BRIDGE 2
The Claro M Recto Avenue, formerly known as Azcarraga Street or Calle Azcarraga is located in downtown Manila Area that stretches from Binondo Manila to the Mendiola Bridge in Barangay San Miguel Manila. It is bounded by the Jose Abad Santos Avenue in the west and the streets of Legarda and Mendiola in the east. It is also the primary road that leads to the Mendiola Bridge where demonstrators gather to redress their grievances against the Philippine government.

The Claro M Recto Avenue, formerly known as Azcarraga Street or Calle Azcarraga is located in downtown Manila Area that stretches from Binondo Manila to the Mendiola Bridge in Barangay San Miguel Manila. It is bounded by the Jose Abad Santos Avenue in the west and the streets of Legarda and Mendiola in the east. It is also the primary road that leads to the Mendiola Bridge where demonstrators gather to redress their grievances against the Philippines government. Overall condition of existing structure of the bridge was found out to be in poor condition. The bridge was subject for rehabilitation using Carbon Fiber Sheet (CFS) including crack repair using epoxy injection/mortar, and applying protective coating using Epoxy Primer Guilder.

- The bridge was subject for retrofitting, and strengthening using UT70-60G Carbon Fiber Sheet (CFS) 600gsm is the main material used for the shearing and flexural strengthening in all the beams and slab to increase the bridge load capacity.
- 1. Removal of loose materials, and Concrete Plaster by means of chipping and grinding.
2. Application of Carbon Fiber Sheet (CFS) with Chemical Epoxy resins
3. Restoration of bottom slab, girder and beam on Affected by Carbon Fiber Sheets (CFS) Application
4. Protective Coating for concrete Structures (Skim Coat)/ Plastering Works
5. Painting Works (Masonry, and Concrete)
