A 40.5 meter Buli Bridge carrying Ortigas Avenue Extension over Buli Creek at the boundary of Pasig City, Metro Manila and Cainta, Rizal.

- After a series of Hammer testing, they found out that concrete was weak, The bridge was subject for rehabilitation using Carbon Fiber Sheet (CFS). Rehabilitation of the bridge includes crack repair using epoxy injection/mortar, strengthening on bottom slab, 3 bays (Strip Type) and 4 girders (Flexural & U-Wrap) 1 layer using of UT70-30g 300 gsm Carbon Fiber Sheet, and finishing using Zemcoat Cement.

- The bridge was subject for rehabilitation using Carbon Fiber Sheet (CFS). It consists of carbon and glass fabrics that are impregnated with the quality resins to form laminate that is externally bonded to the element to be strengthened. Strengthening on bottom slab, 3 bays Strip Type and 4 girders Flexural & U-Wrap 1 layer using of UT70-30g 300 gsm Carbon Fiber Sheet (CFS). To increase the load capacity of the bridge.

3. Surface Preparation: Chip off a V-notch or V-cutting
4. Drill Injection ports along the crack
5. Mixing Epoxy Injection two parts A & B
6. Application of Epoxy Injection using a pressurized injection machine
7. Crack repair using Epoxy mortar
8. Application of AUP40S A & B Primer
9. Application of Carbon Fiber Sheet (CFS) on beam and girder.
